The story behind the oxymoron "HistoricModern" lies in my personal belief that there is an element in both Modern and Historic homes that makes them unique. A house built in 1891 that has survived the years in our harsh Arizona desert will come with many features that are charming and unique. This concept is coupled with the idea that Modern Architecture of today will be present in our Historic homes of the future. These structures have to retain the unique characteristics that will give them the longevity that will make them a part of Arizona's architectural legacy. My personal philosophy is that a unique home can be new or old, or even old and new at the same time... and it is these ideas that gave rise to the concept of my site and my real estate vision.

The home should be the treasure chest of living function.
