Combustion Labs, a forward-thinking Vancouver, B.C.-based company that's adding spice to the real estate industry, is no exception. Its story begins in 2000 in 27-year-old Stephen Jagger's room at his parent's

I have been asked this question a lot and there is no one exact answer. Trying to find an answer to this question I heard a lot of replies that started out with "yes, but...", So I did a little bit of research and found an  article on Realty Times which is quite a nice summary and may answer a lot of questions.

Finally the sculpture is up and unveiled. The ceremony happened Saturday, May 22nd at 9:00 am.  The 22nd day of May, 2005 was a very special day. After over 10 years of an intensive labor of love by founder Robert Miley, in partnership with the board of directors and many other volunteers and contributors the sculpture is “releasing the fear” at Sweet Acacia Park located at Central and Roosevelt. The sculpture is made of weapons that have been confiscated in violent crime by police departments around the valley, they estimate that over two tons of weapons were melted down to create the sculpture.It happened that this particular day was also a record breaking

I just realized that we a really close to the unveiling of the sculpture. The ceremony will be held  Saturday, May 21st 2005, 9:00 am at Sweet Acacia Park (Central & Roosevelt).

Govenor Janet Napolitano and Mayor Phil Gordon will be amoungst other dignitaries attending this ceremony.

U.S. housing starts jump April production up 11% from previous month Tuesday, May 17, 2005Inman News

The seasonally adjusted rate of housing starts in April rose approximately 11 percent from a month earlier, the U.S. Census Bureau and Department of Housing and Urban Development jointly announced today.

The seasonally adjusted annual rate projects a monthly total over a 12-month period.

Privately owned housing starts in April were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 2.04 million, up approximately 11 percent from the revised March estimate of 1.84 million and approximately 3.6 percent above the revised April 2004 rate of 1.97 million.
